Luke E. Schiller

Luke Schiller, founder of Schiller Legal Group, PLC, had a vision of legal services deeply rooted in high-level client services from the very beginning of his career. He believes that nothing replaces old-fashioned hard work. That hard work has been focused on putting the client’s best interests first for 25 years.

Luke concentrates his practice in trust and patent law, business law, intellectual property law for high net worth business owners, executives and individuals. He enjoys the never-ending challenges of solving complex problems for his clients.

Luke is proud of the top-notch talent the firm has attracted, and the high standards of excellent services they have set keeps clients coming back. He continues to lead by example by volunteering time to his alma mater and church groups.

Frank B. Kowlaski

 
Frank Kowlaski brings over 25 years of legal experience to our firm, concentrating his practice in commercial litigation. He has been involved with a variety of highly complex matters regarding fraud, chargeback disputes and arbitrations, as well as handled personal injury suits, bankruptcy claims, and other issues.

Prior to joining Schiller Legal Group, PLC, Frankl represented financial institutions and individual investment advisors in a wide range of commercial, employment, financial, securities and trade secrets matters before federal and state courts across the country. He has also counseled multiple companies regarding employment issues and litigated claims involving employment-related loans, obtaining large monetary judgements.

Frank is a board member of the Mesa Youth Sports Club and coached youth baseball and football teams.

William J. Speller

 
Licensed in two states, William Speller is a general practice trial attorney with litigation experience including real and personal property matters, residential and commercial landlord/tenant issues, contract claims, tort claims (i.e. defamation, negligence, fraud, etc.) probate or estate disputes, post-judgment remedies, such as judgment collections, injunctions, civil appeals, and tax issues/appeals.

With over ten years of professional experience, William is a competent lawyer who works effectively with clients to get the job done. Attorney William served as Chair for the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Committee of the Arizona State Bar for three consecutive years. Upholding standards of integrity and honest performance for Arizona State Bar licensed attorneys, the UPL committee helps to ensure that Arizona consumers are protected against the exploits of unlicensed individuals. William maintains two state bar licenses in Arizona and Florida – two states where he has managed commercial real estate properties for more than 20 years. Mr. Speller is well-versed in buying, managing, and selling real property including multi-unit properties.
